5. Limited
Installed Application Metadata
Where allowed by the Android operating system and applicable Google Play policies, Limit Scope may collect limited metadata about applications installed on a user’s device.
This may include:
• app names;
• package identifiers;
• installation timestamps;
• update timestamps.
Limit Scope does not use the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission to obtain broad access to the full list of installed applications.
Limit Scope does not read, access, or collect the content of other applications. We do not access messages, login credentials, files, personal app data, private communications, browsing activity, or user activity inside third-party applications.
Installed applications metadata is not used for advertising, marketing, unrelated profiling, unrelated personalization, credit decision-making, credit approval, credit limit determination, pricing, or other financial outcome decisions.
This information is used only for device security review, fraud prevention, abnormal activity detection, unsafe environment identification, and account protection. When collected, this metadata is encrypted in transit and transmitted securely to api.limitscope.com. It is retained only for the time necessary to complete the related security review and is deleted or anonymized according to our data retention practices.
6.
Device and Network Information
Limit Scope may collect limited device and network-related information to support app reliability, technical stability, fraud prevention, account security, analytics, attribution, and device verification.
This information may include:
• device model;
• operating system version;
• app version;
• network status;
• Wi-Fi connectivity status;
• IP address;
• Google Advertising ID;
• crash or performance-related technical logs where permitted.
This information helps us maintain stable service operation, detect technical issues, improve app performance, prevent misuse, identify abnormal activity, support attribution and analytics, and protect account security.
Limit Scope may use the Google Advertising ID for attribution, analytics, and limited service security purposes where permitted. It is not used for credit profiling, credit decisions, credit limit determination, targeted advertising related to credit services, or unrelated behavioral profiling.
Limit Scope does not use device and network information to access contacts, call logs, SMS content, private messages, private communication content, phone numbers, or browsing activity outside the application.
When device and network information need to be processed by our backend systems, it is transmitted securely to api.limitscope.com using encryption in transit and handled according to our retention and security practices.
7.
Camera Permission and Verification Images
Limit Scope may request access to the device camera when a user chooses to complete identity verification or KYC procedures.
The camera may be used to capture:
l identification documents;
l verification images;
l other images required for account verification or security review.
Camera access is used only when the user actively starts the relevant verification process. Limit Scope does not activate the camera automatically, does not use the camera without user action, and does not access the camera in the background.
Limit Scope does not request access to the user’s photo library, media gallery, videos, or external storage for this process.
Images submitted for verification are used for identity verification, KYC processing, fraud prevention, compliance review, and account security.
Verification images are encrypted in transit and transmitted securely to api.limitscope.com. They are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete verification, meet applicable requirements, prevent fraud, support account protection, or resolve lawful service issues. After the relevant purpose has been completed, the images are deleted or anonymized according to our data retention practices.
8.
Approximate Location Information
If the user grants permission, Limit Scope may access approximate location information.
Approximate location may be used for:
l regional service availability checks;
l security review;
l suspicious activity detection;
l fraud prevention;
l account protection.
Limit Scope does not collect precise GPS location data and does not track the user’s real-time movement in the background.
Approximate location information is not used for advertising, marketing, behavioral profiling, or unrelated personalization.
Where approximate location information needs to be processed by our backend systems, it is transmitted securely to api.limitscope.com using encryption in transit. It is retained only for the time necessary for regional validation, security review, fraud prevention, or related account protection purposes, and is deleted or anonymized according to our data retention practices.

Diagnostic, Usage, and Service Information
Limit Scope may collect limited diagnostic and service-related information to maintain and improve app performance.
This may include:
